Dhamra port is developed by Dhamra Port Company Limited (DPCL) in Orissa, which is a 50: 50 Joint venture between L&T and TATA Steel. The port is about 68km from Bhadrak located between Haldia and Paradip ports.

L&T-RAMBOLL was appointed by L&T to carry out the tender engineering & detailed engineering of the maritime structures consisting of 700m of Coal/ Iron ore berth, 100m length of port craft berth, 120m length of approach trestle and conveyor support systems.
It is one of the deep water port in India with a draft of (-)18m and can accommodate Super Capesize Vessels up to 180,000 DWT with a total capacity to handle 25million tons per annum of cargo.
