The Highways Department of Government of Tamil Nadu, as part of State Road Sector Projects has intended to take up development 250 km state highways under Public Private Partnership (PPP).
The main objective of the study was to undertake Techno – Economic Feasibility Study for the selected 5 road stretches for a total length of 250 Km in the State of Tamilnadu and prepare Preliminary Project Report.
The Projects Roads were: Chennai Outer Ring Road Phase II, Mettur – Tiruppur Road (SH 37), Erode – Dharapuram Road (SH 83 A), Erode Outer Ring Road Phase II, Arcot Bypass
