Traffic Impact & Circulation for Multipurpose tower at Darley Road, Colombo

Darley Tower is the 54-storyed skyscraper to be located along T.B Jayah Mawatha (Darley Road) in Colombo, the capital of Srilanka. The plot area for the proposed development is 1.31 acres. The Darley Tower will be bounded by Devanampityassia Road (3.6 m wide) in the north and T.B Jayah Mawatha (Darley Road) (10 m) in the west. Architectural proposal shows three separate entries for the office, residential apartments and serviced apartments.

The Darley tower will be a major trip attraction & production point with 10 floors reserved for office spaces, 19 floors of residential apartments and 8 floors of serviced apartments.

The objective of the study is to assess the traffic impact of the proposed Darley Tower.
