Kakinada Seaports Limited proposed to develop 5th & 6th Berth as multipurpose berth at Kakinada Port.
The pile structure of size 600m long and 30m wide designed to cater 120000 DWT bulk carriers vessels and mobile harbour crane (LHM 400) & quay cranes are considered. With deck top level of (+)5.70m CD and design dredge level of (-)16m CD.
The Berths are connected to the back-up area by means of Approach trestle 90m each.
PMC Services are:

• Review the quality procedures followed by KSPL and advice improvements.
• Review of monthly running bills and recommend for payments.
• Assistance in final takeover.
